LOve your housemates, go cook Kapitan and tomyam and serve.

This is the thrid time im blogging the same entry. my last two got throwed away by blogspot because they say : we are in maintainance. chia lat sekali!. anyway. this is the edited half hearted not complete version of the firsttime i did this entry.
Last Saturday, priscilla and i decided to bless our ang mo housemates with a malaysian lunch treat. whats in the menu? Well we cooked kapitan chicken and tomyam seafood.okay for now. let the pictures tell you the story. before any meal, as a true british tradition, we must have appetizers. That morning we have fruit jelly tart.hehe.this picture is taken the night before saturday.as u can see.i have curi curi take a bite.

waaa laa..the tomyam seafood in progress! it taste better than it looks. trust me. its really yummy. i make the tomyam thick and added some small prawn sheellls to give the better roma.

after 20minutes, left one kapitan chicken, tomyam seafood stuff also empty already..leaving just a pool of tomyam soup. surprisingly the ang mos really like the tomyam and kapitan. they are a fan of spicy stuff. even when i have put in chillies and cili padis. Linda is a bomb to even eat spicy food with her newly pierced tongue.
mike showing us that he has what it takes to taste the spicy tomyam. hehe. he loves the prawns. the cutest part of the mal is seeing them, trying to peal the shells off. they havent never eat prawns with the shells on before. so funny hor!
after 10minutes from the 20minutes. nothing is left. the one piece of chicken is in my tummy dee.haha. i save the best for thelast.
theres no complete lunchtime together without a good fellowship after eating our meals. We sat really long and drinking tomyam soup from time to time..just chit chatting. For me this is the main objective of treating our dear ang mos lunch...so that we may know each other better and grow in love.

God has been taking care of me pretty well here. i still miss penang hawker food though. So guys, hope this entry will encourage you in doing something nice for your neighbors. Lets love our neighbors just as Our King did =).

I have just gone thro my first eek of classes. i dont like juri!.i take cyber law...and im thinking of dropping it...feel like taking policing instead.dunno. Lord ,give me your guidance.
